Description

This truck Mass pan 6TN919 plowed snow onto and blocking the sidewalk. The truck is breaking the law in so many ways. It does not have commercial plates. plowing without proper safety lighting, doubt if he has correct plowing insurance, now the sidewalk is impassable.
