Why was this complaint assigned to the SDPW instead of the SPD? Blocking a sidewalk with snow, or with a vehicle, what’s the difference? Selectman Seibold go get these violators as aggressively as you went after your neighbor who threw a shovel full of snow on the street.

Thank you for the SeeClickFix submission. An officer spoke with the property owner who was advised not to place snow upon the sidewalk.

Last I knew, DPW couldn’t give tickets to residents or business owners who violate town by laws regarding snow removal. So, the police made a call to the community center and told them not to do it again. That’s it?! No fine?!
