Hi, ive been looking for help for the past two months and I honestly dont know what to do. Everytime i try to find help i end up in a dead end.. i havent had heat in my house since the last week of december, i had to wait three weeks for the landlord to come check it. He claimed he was going to buy a new motor for it, he came back two days later put it back together with the same old motor, took the rent and never came back. I have been living with space heaters for almost two months now and my bills are sky high.. not just my light bill but my gas and i hvent had any heat so where is my gas going!? Im curently in the section 8 program, i have been trying to reach my worker this whole time by phone and i havent gotten any response, i even went in personaly to see her last week and she didnt come out so i left her a letter with a copy of my bills, begging for her to call me and i have yet to hear from her.. i just called now and the women who answered asked ne if it was really and emergency.. like really!? My house is freezing and i dont think this is how my three young children and i shoyld be living.. she just told me to call tomorro and hung up. She was not helpful what so ever.. i really dont know what else to do, i feel so defeated because no one has an answer to my problem and i dont know what else to do.
