Description

Original issue (3811813) reported October 2017, for some reason the City closed the issue without taking care of the problem. Fast forward to February 2018, the first tree in the series that runs along Bellaire Ave. is pretty much dead. As originally stated, our neighborhood is worried it will infect and kill the other 10+ trees that line Bellaire in the right of Way.
