months ago, fiber net cut a hole in Birch Street near N. Kalamazoo. Square. It was back filled and some cold patch was placed in it. The patch has today dropped down one foot and you can see void under the street. This is not a pot hole but a large deep hole that will bust an axle if barricade is not placed over it ASAP.
