Thsi has gone on for too many years now (15+ years) . I believe that the City Attorney needs to be involved. This si on the City's section of my land. There was ice all winter and the mailman lost lost it a few times. It is always full of water and mosquitos in the summer and 5 inches of solid ice in the winter. The road has been paved over many times and has made my driveway a ditch. The french drain does NOT WORK. Engineering also needs to be involved. I really, the residents of my street really need this fixed. Again, Its on the City's portion of the lot and is a LIABILITY.
PLEASE HELP - We cannot go thru another season of this.
