Description

On the morning of Monday 2/19/18 at 5:00 am, I and the police officer in front of me ran over a large pothole concealed by rain water and darkness. We both wound up with (2) flat tires each and required roadside assistance towing. My flat tires were as a result of bent rims. I would further like to file a claim and want to know how to go about so.
