Over the past couple winters Bartlett & Steadman, plowing contractors have damaged the fence behind the Collins school . Its at the point now where its collapsing on itself. You would think they would have repaired it the first time they damaged it. However that's not the case and each winter the damage grows. They now use the damaged sections to dump snow through with their front end loader.
