I believe fondren park is a one family dwelling

I believe that situation is a violation against Missouri City Ordinance Article X, Sec. 14-372, Subsection 404.5 - Overcrowding.

I apologize for the delayed response, this issue was mistakenly missed. An inspection was conducted on 4/8/18. I spoke with the daughter of the lady that is leasing the house. She allowed access to inspect the interior, and there were no signs of excessive persons residing at the residence. You may contact me directly regarding this matter at 281-403-8595.

Multiple visits was made to this residence and at times there were multiple people there. They allowed access to see the inside and the interior of the house was well maintained and there is only one bed in each room, and there were no indications that multiple families are residing there. They did admit that plenty of family members are always at the house, but deny that they live there.
