Trash overflowing out of the house into the yard. The back door can not even be shut at this point.

Trash blowing all over the and still nothing has been done.

Now it’s been over a month and still nothing has been done an the owner has been seen in over a week. All the trash he has built up in his house and yard continue to blow all over the alley and into other peoples yards with the wind storms we have had.

The owner has not been seen in over a week.

Again another month has passed and nothing has been done. Why is it so hard to get something like this taken care of. This issues was reported over a year ago by another person and nothing was done. Summer time is coming and that means all the rats will be right back and costing myself and my neighbors money because we have to load are yards and area with rat poison. Please take care of this it it getting out of control. Better yet it is already out control and nothing is being done.

In what world does the person responsible for this think this trash is acceptable?
