I’ve heard there is a plan to repair Garfield from 17 to 19 and I hope it’s true supposedly the same type of repair they did from millar to 17. I really hope they fix it or I’m really considering moving out of this area. Taxes are high and we get nothing for them except chipped up cars and flat tires !!!

Amen!!!! I'm already planning on moving next Summer so I'm closer to work, but this is making me want to move sooner. I almost can't even get to work because every road is bad. Garfield is one of the worst!!

I got a flat tire on Garfield between 19 and 20. My tire went flat. I had a car repair of 432.00. I am so disappointed with roads out here. I am moving in the summer. Very frustrated and disappointed. I am calling mark hacked. I am afraid to go on Schoenher already had I bad incident do not want more

I heard there was a plan to resurface Garfield this spring but now I have my doubts . I don’t see any barrels so I’m getting disappointed and another thing they need to resurface Donahue IS BEYOND BAD!!!! The only thing I see around here is the city is making mess of 17mi and also damaging the street.

If you look up the construction schedule for Macomb county you will find Garfield listed, but now it says they are only fixing Garfield Road between 18 and Canal. I don't know why they are ONLY doing a half mile stretch when Garfield is @#$% from 16 mile all the way to Hall Rd. Why they are focusing on a VERY small section is mind boggling. They are acting like Garfield is fine and only has minor issues. This road is a flipping disaster and is getting worse and worse by the minute. Fricken ridiculous.

I agree repairing that small section of Garfield it a joke they should at the very least pick up where they left off last year and start at 17mi. Who’s deciding how to go about repairing this road thy must not travel on it. I really am disappointed with the township leadership I’ve lived in Clinton Twp my whole life I care about this area I wish they did. Again don’t forget about Donahue that road is just plain dangerous!!!

Donahue Drive? I just looked it up lol because I've never heard of Donahue. I see this one is you can take as a shortcut from 17 to Garfield.
