This has not been fixed. This needs to be fixed its a major safety issue.

I LIVE AT 1476 CHAPEL ST AND THIS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS. ITS SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS. BUT IF YOU GO TO WEST HAVEN OR ANY WHERE ELSE OTHER THAN NEW HAVEN THE STREETS AND SIDEWALKS ARE FIXED. THERE ARE SO MANY DISABLED PEOPLE THAT COME DOWN THIS BLOCK THAT HAVE TO DODGE THE CRACKS.I AM DISABLED WITH NAROPITHY IN BOTH MY FEET AND ITS HARD WALKING ON THIS STUFF. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WAIT TILL SOMEONE GETS HURT AND SUE YOU BEFORE YOU FIX IT?IT WOULD BE EASIER TO FIX THAN HAVE A LAWSUTE, DONT YOU AGGRE?

This is still an issue, and now with snow, slush,ice etc. It has made it even more dangerous for pedestrians This needs to be fixed. If this issue was in another area of town it would have been addressed a long time ago. I have even spoken with the owner of the address and he has complained about this sidewalk needing to be fixed for years.
