Description
The Green St. Garage Bike Parking is overflowing with bicycles. I was there for a late night class at CW taekwondo on Tuesday, and there were no spots open, even at 10 pm on a weeknight. Many of the bikes are chained to other bikes, many are missing seats/wheels, and many have been locked there continually for multiple weeks.

Shouldn't these bikes be tagged and eventually removed? Or is this indeed meant to be a long-term bike storage area? Nothing has been done since the issue was reported on Feb 22, 2018, yet abandoned bikes have been removed from other areas.
Unused bikes left or stored in the garage fill up the racks so no one else can use them. Public Works is supposed to put a warning tag on the bike and wait a week or so before confiscation, so people can rescue their bike. At least get rid of the worst of them.
