Are drainage issues ever resolved on this site or just acknowledged?

Still major drainage issue now coming into my lawn at 4718 Augusta corner or Chantilly Augusta. Has not been resolved.

Hey Steve, as noted by Kyle, this problem remains a problem. It is clear the city knows about it, but we are yet to see any actions taken. I know that on a different issue I had, I simply posted and re-posted it and eventually it was addressed. Outside of posting and re-posting here, you might consider calling the city or trying to reach out through your representative on City Council.

Steve, as noted by Kyle, they have not taken any corrective action. It looks like you are having the same problem only a couple blocks over. Maybe the clogged drains are related somehow. Regardless, I would suggest posting and re-posting the issue; make a new item each time. You could also try reaching out to our City Council representative (Andreas Addison) directly to see if he could help out.
