Please fix the signal timing in Glenwood from oberlin west through the end of the city limits. Even during off times, you frequently have to stop at 90% of the lights. It didn't used to be that way. And during peak times, traffic backs up because a light in front of you has people stopped and there's nowhere for you to go when you're light turns green.
