Description

Busted mess of a vehicle was left on the street - smoking - several weeks ago. After well over a week of the car sitting, the owner must have noticed he received a ticket/notice, and pushed it up the street a block. Now he has REMOVED THE TAGS like he's not coming back for it and the car continues to sit on the side of someone's house like a hunk of garbage. PLEASE TOW!
