Description

Neighbor leaves empty shipping boxes outside in front of garage. There is easily over 20 large boxes stacked and taking up half the garage door. On windy days these boxes blow into neighbor's yards. The boxes are easily visible from the end of the street and have remained left outside for over 3 months. Small papers and packaging slips are constantly flying around onto the street and into neighbor's yards. There is also a baby stroller left outside near the boxes for several months. In the photo shown the boxes are scattered by the wind but sometimes they are stacked back up.
