Best solution: Avoid. Left on Marshall, right on sidestreet (shadelen or something), left on Garret.

That is fine if you want to turn, but what about all the people just trying to get through the intersection? Turners often block both lanes for traffic going straight.

There is a left turn lane in the one direction, right over the trolley tracks. The left lane turns into 2 lanes - 1 turning left and the other straight towards TD Bank. So at this intersection it's 3 lanes

Your right going south there is 3 lanes. But going north they have what could be a left turn lane marked out . Therefore everyone is afraid to use that marked out lane for left turns. If i remember correctly when they repaved in front of the bank after the curbing and sidewalks were redone it was actually marked for a couple weeks as a left turn lane . then the state marked it over as do not enter this space.

This complaint is about going north where there is no turn lane.

And even going south, most people ignore that the lanes merge AFTER the intersection - not before - and almost sideswipe cars in the center lane. Now that school is coming back into session, this intersection is becoming worst with kids crossing too.

agreed.. turn lanes and ARROWS! only 2 of the 4 directions have turn arrows and only 3 of them have turn lanes, its aweful. not to mention, people coming from the direction without the lane tend to try to turn left after their light has turned red, while opposing traffic still has the green, i've seen many almost accidents here
