Description

The current renter of this home has large amounts out trash in exterior of home. In addition they leave dogs on deck and don't clean up after them. This has caused the neighbors to have rat infestation. One neighbor had to replace heating unit due to rats chewing unit. The homeowner has been made aware of this situation but is only interested in collecting rent. The HOA is aware and we are asking for your help. It's now a health concern. The rest of the community is well under control when it comes to rats.
