Description

The item I had opened regarding the road repair causing flooding in my yard was closed. The response was it will get prioritized with all other repairs and there is no know date.

While I appreciate the response this issue will only continue to cause problems. The rain this weekend has already caused flooding in my yard. The water from both Churchill and Spring glen ter does not flow into the drain rather into my yard.

This will continue to cause property damage. When the road was paved it was at the same height as sidewalk. Prior that there as a actual curb of a few inches to prevent the water from coming into my yard and direct it into the drain.

The pooling of water on the side walk causes icy conditions when cold. The erosion of soil will cause a trip and fall hazard.
