Description
A large oak tree at 16 Moore Drive which sits inches from the road is a danger to my property and children. During today's rain, a large branch came down and landed on my car and fence. It left two sizable dents on the hood of my vehicle. I can only image the injuries had one of my children been standing there. We have requested that the town remove this tree in the past and have been given the runaround each time. I would like two things addressed:
1. Pay for the damage this town owned tree caused my vehicle. Otherwise I will be forced to contact my insurance company again, they have informed me that they will involve their lawyers and go after the town of Windsor.
2. Cut the tree down and remove the debris.

This does not address the damage caused to my property by your tree.
This is the same runaround you've given us for close to twenty years (dating back to when my grandfather owned this property). The tree causes property damage at least yearly. Is someone going to have to die before anything is done?
