"Assigned 2/26/18 to C. Lipkins.
OBSERVATION: An investigation was conducted on 02/28/2018 at 10:30am for a damaged yield sign at 5799 Main St. The requester was contacted via email, he stated that the yield sign has been knocked over completely and that it is very confusing for motorists and could be dangerous. Main St. is a N/S bound street that curves into Montrose Blvd which runs E/W bound and is controlled by a yield sign for W.B.T. in a residential/commercial area with curbs/gutters and concrete/asphalt paved streets. During the investigation there was notice that the yield sign had already been re bolted and is no longer damaged.
RECOMMENDATION: No further action needed."
