Behind the garage there's what looks like from the road to be a 1 foot deep by 4 foot square bait pile of food scraps just laying out on the ground. You can easily see it from the road. I don't know what the enforcement is on this but I'm worried it will bring in rats and other vermin as well as smell. It's on a corner and can best be seen from the prospect side.
