Description

The timing on the traffic signals at Gulf Boulevard and 107th has been adjusted so that its cycling is deterrent to a smooth traffic flow on its contributing roadways, ie Gulf Blvd and 107th Ave. I am a retired NJ police officer and am embarrased by traffic management on our beaches. Somebody is screwing up here, somewhere.
