Description

The ditch needs to be cleaned out and possibly a drain pipe placed across my mother's driveway. The water backs up and runs down beside her house trying to run down to the bay. When it rains really hard the water sits and has caused some rotting on the side of the house. I can upload an image tomorrow as I didn't know I had that option.
