Description

the storm drain outbound on Danvers road 100 ft after the railroad bridge and the tight turn, is backed up forming a puddle and never draining.

The Director of Public Works has stated that it is a basin with no drainage and there is not a way to drain to Swampscott side of bridge and it cannot be drained to the railroad tracks. The basin does recede.
