If the repair has not been made the issue should remain open. Putting it on a list does not resolve a pothole

We would like you to know that the report was originally accidentally closed prior to the pothole being repaired. I reopened the report to make sure the issue got addressed. Since the change of status, the potholes along Northborough Rd East have been filled.
