Traffic on Parker Street approaching the intersection with Warring Street does not have a clear view of cross-traffic headed North on Warring Street. It is often difficult for drivers to tell which vehicle has reached the intersection first and has the right of way.

The real issue is that the stop / limit line for Northbound Warring Street seems to be set back 20-30 feet from the actual intersection. Moving the limit line closer to the intersection would still allow access into UCB Clark Kerr and improve the visibility of cross-traffic at the intersection.
