If they have too many cars, perhaps they shouldn't have five unrelated people subletting-renting that same house. This is yet another example of the owner (who lets his property deteriorate) being passive-aggressively hurtful to all of us surrounding him as he has been unable to quickly tear down and build profitably as he negotiates approvals. His lack of regulatory and development skill should not penalize our surrounding properties with this ordinance violation parking should occur on a paved designated driveway surface not on the from lawn.
