why should it be reported to solid waste? they obviously don't think it should be picked up because as per the city website: 'city ordinance prohibits the collection of building materials. Contractors are responsible for proper disposal of building materials from their work. Hampton residents can, with a building permit, dispose of up to 10 pick-up truck loads of building materials at the landfill.'
why does the city let these home owners/slum lords get away with this crap all the time?
