Description

Joshua Link frequently panhandles in the area from Lewis Ave. back to the entrance for Target. Joshua has open warrants for Toledo Municipal Court. Josh is a known heroin addict, and uses his elderly dog Flea for extra donations. Flea is out in all kinds of elements including extreme cold, and soon to be heat to help Josh get additional donations. He will take items donated for Flea and return them to Pet Supplies Plus, and Kroger.
