Description
I was at the bus stop with my bicycle and so were two other gentlemen that were African American. When the bus arrived she pulled up far from the stop. I saw the gentleman bring down the rack and went to load his bike. I told him excuse me but I was here first and I need to load my bicycle first. he let me load my bike first and we continued to board the bus. When I went to swipe my card the operator gave me an attitude saying that it doesn't matter who loads their bike first. I told her that it wasn't her business and continued to take my seat. I pulled down the disable seats on the passenger side of the bus and the operator rudely said to me that they were up for a reason, that the seats were wet. A gentleman saw this and offered me his seat. I saw a passenger get off that was sitting behind the supposed wet seat get off so I moved over . I happened to touch the "wet seat" and they were dry. I feel this operator purposely raised the seats so no one would sit there.

I am sorry to hear the operator's comments might have come across in the wrong way. One of our supervisors did address your report directly with the operator. They also verified that the wet sit situation had been reported earlier to our dispatch.
Please reach out to us at HART Customer Service if you need future assistance.
Thank you,
