The entire alley the 900 block between N. Kansas and N. Jackson is in terrible condition. The area behind the NOTO Arts Center has huge pot holes

While the pot holes were filled in, the whole alley is a hole. Filling in the pothole does not address the general condition of the alley.

I had responded previously that filling in the pot hole does not address the overall condition of the alley (see picture above). No response was offered other than that it is now closed.
