Description

As a result of residents at 11815 parking their vehicles in front of my house blocking the curb, my trash is not being collected. They have a two lane driveway that can hold up to 4 vehicles yet they park on the street, not even in front of their house but in front of mine. My trash has not been picked up regularly for the last 2 months. I am assuming it is because they can't see HUG BLUE BIN from the truck because I can see them just completely pass up my house on my security cameras. They don't even slow down. When I called the police(about parking situation) I was told that nothing can be done about neighbors blocking the curb because it is a public street. They should at least be forced to park in front of their own house. I am paying for trash collection services that I am not receiving and no one from WCA ever calls back. I have used their online form and left messages.
