I looked at this tree on 2-28-18 . I did not see anything that would make this tree a hazard to the road at this time .I did not see any broken limbs.

The Macon-Bibb Engineering Department has determined the dead/diseased tree is on private property and does not affect Macon-Bibb right-of-way. Any dead or diseased tree that does not pose a hazard to the right-of-way is considered a nuisance and therefore must be removed by the property owner.

We placed a pink wire flagger on the R/W line near the large hardwood in the photo. This tree is ON the Macon-Bibb R/W of Hartley Bridge Road. We did not talk to anyone in the area.
