In addition to having the van moved I hope the employee responsible will be educated on the proper way to park a city owned vehicle, or is parking in a no parking zone acceptable for city employee's

Van should be ticketed and the Driver made responsible to pay for it. What’s fair is fair.

Reopened, parking the van on the sidewalk in front of the entrance doors blocking the handicap access is not an acceptable solution
