Description

The property at 18 Chestnut Street is a disgrace, why is the owner allowed to let his building fall into such a state? I get a notice about a crack in my sidewalk yet this building has over-grown bushes, many broken windows throughout,and is a haven for vagrants and stray animals?What's wrong with this picture?
