Description

Neighbor's tree is sick/ dying and the dead limbs are a threat to our property (especially our vehicles). My vehicle has already been damaged and not covered by his insurance. I have brought this to his attention but nothing has been done. How do I report this to someone that can assess the tree? Attached is a close call today 3/2/18.
