Reported this previously: Issue ID: 3890845; Service Request ID: 5256.

"Left-turn arrow will not illuminate when in the left turn lane no matter how long you arrive before the light changes from red to green. This occurs for me in the morning. I don't know about the afternoon and evening, as I'm not going in that direction then." After the original fix, I got a left arrow exactly once, so the vehicle detectors are not working or are not aimed properly.
