I live in this immediate area and frequent the Shell (I think?) gas station that is located at the junction of Whalley, Howe, and Goffe. The store's parking lot has entrances on both Whalley and Goffe and nearly every day I see cars cutting through the parking lot at unsafe speeds in order to avoid the stoplights where the three streets intersect. They fly through the parking lot with no regard for people walking and parking in it who are there to use the store. There is at least one "no cut through" sign posted already and drivers ignore it. Enforcement is badly needed - officers, please ticket whenever you see a driver cutting through the lot! I remember a particularly gruesome story from a few years back when a woman was killed by a driver who cut through a gas station parking lot just like this one in order to avoid stoplights. Please, let's not wait until that happens here also.
