Please see pic. The phone was taken on March 1st Thursday at 3:35pm. The sign across the intersection was the ONLY indication that there was a traffic revision ahead. It’s appears crews were trimming the island shrubs. My complaint is the signage was place on top of your workers and this really isn’t an appropriate time to perform work iblocking a lane of travel. I was backed up south of 145th. And I sat in this back up for over 30 mins. People were frustrated trying to detour and turn around in parking lots
causing more dangerous situations by cars cutting in and out of traffic. Next time please make sure staff have an appropriate traffic control plan to protect your staff and do not schedule this
type of work after3pm.
