Traffic backs up on Lloyd Ave at this intersection... Just add a right turn lane for people turning right on Rt. 322 and until that's done, it would be nice if the people turning left onto Rt. 322 would stay over in the lane to permit the people turning right room to make their turn. Let's be efficient, people!

The 2nd part of your issue is a good idea. More drivers need to think outside the box. (Maybe someone should go over there with a can of paint one night and make an impromptu 2nd lane (a la Kramer in "Seinfeld")!
