DANGEROUS INTERSECTION

I have almost been in 2 accidents in just as many weeks at this intersection. If you're coming from 2nd Ave, you have to stop. You cannot see the right blinker of the car directly across from you so you have no idea if they're turning or going straight (they have a "stop except for right turn" sign). You wait for them to make the first move, then the person behind them is turning right so they have the right-of-way. When you finally have a clear shot to make your left turn, your focus is so strained on those across from you, that you fail to look left for oncoming traffic until you've already committed to the turn...FIX THIS...get rid of the right-of way for right turners coming from Phoenixville and add a stop sign for those coming from Oaks ....it's not that hard!
