It would be nice to have an update.

Good afternoon,
Can you please clarify the issue? Are you requesting lights for this area or the lights that are there are out?

Hello, we have many that are this old because PSE&G does not report back to us once the issue is fixed by them, since they are responsible. So while the work is followed up quickly on our end and our staff is working very hard to get everything done as soon as possible, sometimes responding to these issues fall through the cracks....The work and follow up were done, these just were not closed out. Does that make sense?
I am now here closing out a lot of old issues and instead of just assuming they were finished, I ask you, the public, because maybe you have additional feed back or you need an explanation as to why something was not done. Please forgive me for not getting to this sooner, this issue is important.

I re-opened since you responded to this issue. This issue sits with PSE&G since the infrastructure for a light was not pre existing and our design professional made sure an agreement to use Verizon's infrastructure was in place. This was a long process.
You tell us when it is actually installed and we can close this out at that point.
We will continue to work hard to make sure these issues get completed. It is a matter of team work between the City and the community.
