On Sunday (March 4th/5th) night there was a construction project at 615 North Boylan Ave. that did not start until 11:30pm. Are there special permits for after hours construction? Is there a way to receive notinces of when this type of thing will occur? Loud construction (sawing, men yelling, large metal objects being thrown around, sidewalks being removed, heavy equipment digging holes where sidewalk has been) such as this makes it impossible to sleep (and I'm a very heavy sleeper).
