Not only are there disabled cars on the site but also a livery service or at least parking is taking place on site. Owner was ordered to cease parking livery vehicles in driveway and to remove disabled vehicles. There was no sign of rodent activity but it had just snowed so all evidence would have been covered, a more detailed search will be conducted upon re-inspection for zoning compliance.

Question, is there a date these vehicles need to be removed? This is still on going and some vehicles are parked in the driveway still that were ordered to be removed and now some of the livery vehicles are being parked all day off and on, on the side streets. Thank you.

Just checking back in on this issue. The street parking situation is getting increasingly worse and the constant dropping off and picking up of vehicles. Later in the day (late evening) and all day off and on you hear vehicle doors shutting, horns beeping, engines idling, etc. A couple of those vehicles ordered to be removed still remain and now some of those livery vehicles are being parked on the street at all times. The yard is still a mess with debris, a water heater against the home, a pile of stones remain against the home, etc. One car was towed away so far but that’s the only action taken thus far. It is just getting out of hand at this point with the constant noise, parking issues, and sanitation of the exterior. Thank you.

We will have ISD review this issue again.

If ISD could also check behind the abandoned plow that would be very beneficial as well since the bulk of trash and debris is located there. Also, the pile of stone against the side of the home around the foundation and the random trash scattered about. Thank you.

Fines and citations have been sent to owner and tomorrow a meeting is set up between the problem tenant, our office and the Police department to rectify all issues.
