Hello: Can you please tell me IF there is an ordinance in Manchester regarding fallen leaves that have been swept from lawns to road side? I'm asking simply because we paid to have our lot properly cleaned of fallen leaves last Fall BUT it appears that some local owners simply sweep their leaves to the side of the road, neither bagging OR picking up the debris. Due to windy weather from Fall to Spring, these piles of dead leaves blow all over the neighborhood, incl. onto the properties of those of us who have been responsible about cleanup.........not looking for action and not wanting to ruffle feathers, specifically, BUT just wondering how the city views the leaf cleanup issue.......
