I previously reported a violation of the sedimentation and erosion control program.
I was told you took action to solve it. Please advise how this is legal, they are flowing ditchwater across the sidewalk and you see mounds of dirt in front of your storm drain. Also pedestrians are forced to walk through the ditch water.

Hay bales working on 1 St. You need to cover the 3 Ave inlets.
Also is it legal/ appropriate to flow ditch water over a sidewalk where folks wear flip-flops???
