A Living Oak tree with 4 foot diameter trunk will be removed from lot at corner of 24th Ave N & 28th St N to make way for a few developer townhomes.
How much does the developer pay for the right to remove it?
What remediation/compensation does the citizenry of St Pete receive for a gallant tree which has out lived the city itself?
So sad, and all for the almighty DOLLAR!
