Issue is still not resolved. Why is it taking over a month to unclog a sewer drain????

No Street Cut Issue Found at Location

Did anyone even look at it??? It's full of debris. The street floods everytime it rains. UNCLOG THE DRAIN.

Here is a picture of today's condition. This is getting ridiculous! This problem gets reported by numerous SeeClick Fix participants and the City continues to close it and nothing is done. Alderman Cappleman-can we get some help in resolving this?
